Track applicants in the candidate list

As a small business owner, you're often managing several candidates and roles at once. Central Scribe StaffingManager gives you two views to keep track of where everything stands: the job requisition overview and the candidates list.

Job requisition overview

From Job requisitions, select a role to open its overview page. It's organized into sections:

  • Employment details: Anticipated start date, employment type, exempt status, work schedule, workplace type and travel requirements.

  • Hiring group: Group area and hiring manager.

  • HR & recruiting team: Lead recruiter.

  • About position: Overview (job title, role purpose, seniority level, years of experience) and Compensation (pay structure, base pay range, incentive pay, PTO and additional benefits).

  • Preparation: Status of the job description and assessment preparation, plus promotions such as marketing materials and marketing campaigns.

  • Recruitment:– A Candidate tracking summary with a link to the Candidate center, showing assessments status, total applicants and remaining applicants.

  • Offer: A link to Offer & materials and the current offer status for any candidate who has reached that stage.

Candidates list

Select the Candidates tab from the job requisition to see every applicant for that role in one table.

  1. Use the Candidate status dropdown to filter by stage (for example, All, Offer preparation, Candidate rejected).

  1. Review the table columns: Candidate, Stage, Raw score, Evaluator score and Total score.

  1. Check the Tracking panel on the right for a snapshot: assessments status, total applicants, rejected applicants and remaining applicants.

  1. Select New applicant to add a candidate who wasn't sourced automatically.

Candidate decision center list displays current status and any recorded scores for each candidate.
