5 Interviews |
When you run a small business, you don't have a full recruiting team to build interview guides or a lawyer on speed-dial to check every hiring decision. Central Scribe StaffingManager's interview tools give you that same structure and paper trail without the overhead. Every candidate for a role answers the same set of role-specific questions, you score each response and note why, and your ratings roll up into scores you can compare at a glance on the candidate list.
You track the candidates for a requisition in the Candidate center, where you can review resumes, cover letters, and additional materials as you schedule and then conduct the interviews.

How a candidate moves through the pipeline
Each candidate has an application status that updates automatically as you complete each step:
-
Screening interview: The candidate has an interview scheduled or in progress.
-
Candidate assessment completed: You have finished scoring the interview.
-
Offer preparation: You have decided to offer the role and are building the offer package.
-
Offer ready: The offer sheet and offer letter are both approved and ready to send.
A candidate can also be marked Candidate rejected at any point after evaluation.
