The job requisition controls the entire workflow of staffing a position, and Central Scribe StaffingManager ties applicant records to a specific requisition. As a result, you cannot add candidates to the system without a job requisition.
Future releases of StaffingManager will include the ability to manage your database of applicants and tie applicant records to more than one job requisition.
