What is this alpha?
StaffingManager is an applicant tracking and staffing management platform built for recruiting agencies. This alpha is the first time we're putting it in the hands of real users running real workflows — and that's exactly the point.
You're not using a demo. You're using the actual product, with real data, under real conditions. Some things will work exactly as intended. Some things won't. Both outcomes are valuable to us, and that's why you're here.
Why we're running an alpha program
We could spend more months testing internally — but nothing surfaces real issues faster than real recruiters doing real work. The alpha program exists to pressure-test StaffingManager before we open it more broadly, so that when we do, it's genuinely ready.
Your participation directly shapes what ships. Features that are confusing get redesigned. Workflows that don't match how agencies actually operate get rethought. Bugs that only appear in live conditions get fixed. The product you help us build here is the one everyone else will use.
What's in scope for this alpha
The current alpha focuses on the core front-office workflow:

Requisition management – Setting up a new job requirement and tracking through the workflow

Candidate management — Adding, searching, and managing candidate profiles and records

Job descriptions and assessments — Creating job descriptions for posting, tracking and moving candidates through pipeline stages.

Basic recruiter workflows — Day-to-day tasks a recruiter would complete from opening a job to making a placement

Client and contact records — Managing client accounts and associated contacts
What's not in scope yet: Integrations with external job boards, payroll and invoicing, advanced reporting, and mobile. These are on the roadmap but are not part of this alpha phase.
If you try something and it doesn't exist yet, that's expected — not broken.
