During the alpha release, your feedback directly shapes how StaffingManager gets built. This guide explains how to use the StaffingManager support portal to report problems, ask questions, and suggest improvements — and what happens after you submit a request.
How the support portal works
All feedback and support requests go through one place: the support portal. When you open the portal, you'll be asked one question — “What can we help you with?” — and shown five request types. Picking the right one helps your request reach the right person faster.
|
Field |
What to enter |
|
Login help request |
You can't sign in, or you're getting an error while trying to log in. |
|
Technical support |
You need help installing, configuring, or troubleshooting something in the app. |
|
Report a bug |
Something in StaffingManager is broken, behaving incorrectly, or not working as expected. |
|
Suggest a new feature or improvement |
You have an idea for something StaffingManager doesn't do yet, or a way to make something work better. |
|
Other questions |
Your question doesn't fit any of the above. |
As you type, we'll suggest existing answers
While you're filling out the Summary field, the portal automatically searches the StaffingManager Help Center and shows Suggested articles that might already answer your question — including the Getting Started with StaffingManager guide and Our Roadmap, which shows what's already planned. It's worth a quick glance before you submit; you might get your answer immediately.
What happens after you submit
Every request becomes a tracked ticket (for example, CS-40) with its own page. From there you can:
-
See the current Status — typically Open or Waiting for Support while the team reviews it.
-
Add comments or additional details at any time.
-
Escalate the request if it becomes urgent.
-
Resolve the issue yourself if you find a workaround.
-
Cancel the request if it's no longer needed.
-
Share the ticket with a teammate so they're kept in the loop.
You'll get a confirmation banner (“Request submitted successfully”) immediately after sending, and notifications as the team responds.
